• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment is preferred.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Please review facility fixed notes for additional details. When called or offered within 24 hours, a discount of $2 per hour may be applied; within 48 hours, a discount of $1 per hour may be applicable.
