Job Details

• Schedule: Days, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, start date 08/24/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Successful completion of a physical therapy program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or equivalent; current and unencumbered license to practice physical therapy specific to New Jersey; 2-3 years of physical therapy experience preferred; current CPR certification; familiarity with computer systems including online HR services and training programs.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in home health or hospice settings is preferred.
• Additional Information: The physical therapist will provide services directly in patients' homes and coordinate care with other health professionals. Candidate must have reliable transportation, a current driver's license, and agency-required liability insurance. The role involves travel within the designated territory and requires knowledge of home health care regulations and documentation practices.
