Physical Therapist Home Health in Hackensack, New Jersey. This temporary assignment involves providing skilled physical therapy services in a home health setting. The role requires adherence to state-specific regulations and delivering patient-centered care consistent with physician plans of care.

Job Details:

Shift Hours: 8 hours per day
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
