Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) position available in Tillamook, Oregon. This role involves planning and conducting segments of treatment programs aimed at restoring and improving patients' physical functions. The incumbent will serve as a co-leader within an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care and recovery outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree; licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor.
• Preferred Qualifications: Two years of Physical Therapy experience.
• Essential Functions: Completes evaluations, utilizes clinical techniques and tools, establishes individualized treatment and discharge plans, provides therapy interventions, completes comprehensive documentation, supervises assigned assistants, and performs other related duties as assigned.
