Job Summary
Radiology Technologist in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position involves providing imaging services across various radiology exams for adult and pediatric patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. The technologist will work collaboratively within a diverse team to support department operations and ensure quality patient care.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: BLS certification, ARRT-R license, at least 1 year of radiology technologist experience, valid Driver's License, and current certification.
- Preferred Qualifications: Confident clinical skills, effective communication, helpful team attitude.
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The department utilizes EMR systems such as EPIC and equipment including Shimadzu RadSpeed general radiology room, Intelli-C multipurpose, Konica and Shimadzu portables, GE and Siemens Radiography/Fluoroscopy rooms. The hospital is a Level I Trauma Center with a teaching program, serving 350-400 patients daily, and offers a 5-day departmental orientation with flexible scheduling to accommodate traveler needs.
