Job Details

• Shift Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per day, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certified as a respiratory therapist, Michigan state license, ACLS certification, and a minimum of 0 years of experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with pediatric respiratory care and advanced airway management skills
• Additional Information: Provides comprehensive respiratory treatments including ventilator management, chest physiotherapy, suctioning, and monitoring of respiratory parameters. Assists with procedures such as bronchoscopy, chest tube placement, and tracheostomy care. Performs diagnostic assessments including EKGs, pulmonary function tests, and arterial punctures. Follows all laboratory testing protocols when applicable. Maintains detailed treatment records, communicates effectively with physicians, and ensures equipment functionality and safety.
