• Required Qualifications:
  • Licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Minnesota
  • Complete the organizations SOP and adhere to clinic policies and procedures
  • Minimum of 0 years of experience or as specified
• Additional Information:
  • This contract may be extended to a 40-hour guarantee if the candidate is willing to work at a second location
