Job Details

• Shift Hours: 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours

• Required Qualifications: Certification as a Mammography Technologist with ARRT (M) certification, active BLS certification, COVID vaccination, and valid license to submit in the state of California. The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in mammography.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with tomography training is desirable. Advanced certifications and venipuncture experience are pluses but not required.
• Additional Information: Candidate must be capable of performing mammography procedures with possible proficiency in related breast imaging such as tomography. Basic radiology experience with fluoro permit is a plus, as are OR experience and certification in CT & mammography through the State of California. Orientation will be provided, with specific durations based on experience.
• Environment and Equipment: The role involves working with Siemens 64-slice and 128-slice CT equipment, Phillips ultrasound machines, and using the Cerner charting system.
• Operational Notes: Flexibility for weekend standby or call activities may be required for proficient candidates. Hospital policies permit cancellations of up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment.
