• Schedule: 07:00 AM - 04:30 PM; on-call rotation required
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours

• Location: West Valley City, Utah
• Certifications: BLS Certification, Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) via Cardiovascular Credentialing International; required certifications only
• Required Qualifications: Certifications listed above, minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, and valid license to submit
• Additional Information: This role requires adherence to facility policies, including a specific cancellation policy. The unit operates within an acute setting, and experience with EPIC charting system is expected. The facility's trauma level and division details are included for clarity.
