Job Summary:
Radiology Technologist position located in Bryan, Texas. This role involves providing general X-ray and fluoroscopy imaging services within a fast-paced radiology department. The technician will work a rotating schedule with overnight shifts, supporting the departments operational needs while maintaining patient care standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Evenings shift, 12 hours per shift, 7 days on followed by 7 days off, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT - Registered) with BLS certification; minimum of 2 years of experience. Must hold Texas Radiologic Technologist license with fluoroscopy qualification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with GE, Siemens, or Philips imaging equipment; familiarity with Meditech electronic medical record system and Synapse PACS; motivated individual capable of managing a high patient volume averaging 123 exams daily.
• Additional Information: The department operates 4 imaging rooms, including 5 C-arm units and 2 fluoroscopy surgical suites. The position involves covering a variety of imaging studies including X-ray and fluoroscopy, with occasional coverage of surgical cases. Call requirement includes a 30-minute response time and may include scheduled call shifts starting at 6:30 AM. The shift includes weekends and holidays if scheduled. On-the-job orientation will be provided. Cancelation policy allows for up to 4 shifts cancellation per 13-week assignment. No RRA support is used; radiologist is in-house from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Scrubs are provided, and department-specific dress code is black scrubs.
