Description
Job Summary:
The X-ray Technologist position is based in Martinsburg, West Virginia. This role involves performing fluoroscopy-guided intervention spine procedures, including lumbar epidural injections and cervical injections. The position requires working in a radiology department with one imaging scanner, providing outpatient imaging services in a clinical setting.
Job Details:
- Location: Martinsburg, West Virginia
- Schedule: Days, Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
- Required Qualifications: BLS (American Heart Association), Certified Radiologic Technologist by the American Registry for Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), MD license must be in hand, at least 1 year of radiology experience, must have fluoroscopy skills
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified
- Additional Information:
- Fluoroscopy experience is required for this role.
- The department performs approximately 15-20 scans or studies daily.
- EMR and PACS systems are utilized for charting and image storage.
- Department uses GE imaging equipment.
- No floating to other departments is required.
- Will receive department-specific orientation.
- No trauma level designation is specified.
- Scrubs are required dress code; department-specific protocols will be provided.
