Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist Outpatient in the Tennessee region. This position involves evaluating assigned patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and coordinating therapy services to facilitate patients' return to community activities. Job Details:

• Schedule: Dayshift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting 07/20/2026.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1-2 years of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; licensure in good standing in the state of Tennessee; ability to perform in accordance with state practice acts and regulatory standards; professional liability insurance as required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in outpatient rehabilitation settings and familiarity with organizational performance improvement initiatives.
• Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations, creates individualized treatment plans, documents clinical activities in medical records accurately and timely, and participates in student training and professional development activities. Maintains compliance with all organizational, state, and federal regulations and standards.
