Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position available in Tennessee. The role involves evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy services to facilitate recovery and functional independence. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school, 1-2 years of outpatient clinical experience, CPR certification, and valid state licensure in good standing.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in outpatient physical therapy clinics, familiarity with documentation standards and treatment planning.
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include executing comprehensive patient evaluations, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans, documenting care accurately and promptly, and participating in professional development activities. Candidates should demonstrate strong clinical reasoning, adhere to state practice acts, and uphold organizational safety and performance improvement initiatives.
