Job Summary:
A healthcare organization is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings at multiple facilities in the St. Louis and Chesterfield, Missouri areas. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing patient-centered therapies in a dynamic environment, supporting patient recovery and functional improvement across various locations. The role offers the opportunity to work day shifts with a schedule that ensures in-depth patient care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid physical therapy license, Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent), at least 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting, must be authorized to work in the United States, and ability to work at multiple locations within the regions specified
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in SNF environments, familiarity with therapy documentation and Medicare regulations, strong communication skills
• Additional Information: The position involves providing therapy services across multiple facilities, with flexibility to work at one or several locations based on candidate preference and operational needs. Shift times are scheduled to ensure comprehensive patient care coverage.
