Job Details

• Location: Chesterfield, Missouri and St. Louis, Missouri
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field, licensure as a Physical Therapist in Missouri, at least 2 years of experience, ability to work at multiple facilities or dedicate to a single site, and willingness to start on 07/27/2026
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in skilled nursing facilities, familiarity with federal and state healthcare regulations, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment
• Additional Information: The role entails providing comprehensive therapy assessments and treatment plans within the SNF setting, collaborating with healthcare teams, and maintaining accurate patient records. Candidates must be prepared to adapt to different facility policies and meet all clinical requirements for therapy provision.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
