Description
Job Summary
Radiation Therapy Technologist (RTT) position located in Joplin, Missouri. The role involves delivering prescribed radiation treatments, including 3D, IMRT, VMAT, SRS, and SBRT, using an Elekta Versa HD linear accelerator. The technologist will perform CT simulations to support treatment planning and collaborate with the radiation oncology team to ensure safe and compassionate patient care.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Required Qualifications: BLS certification, ARRT (T) or higher certification, 2 years of relevant experience, located in or willing to commute to Joplin, Missouri.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience performing CT simulations, proficiency with Elekta Versa HD linear accelerator and Mosaiq R&V system, knowledge of 3D, IMRT, VMAT, SRS, and SBRT treatment delivery.
- Additional Information: The position is a replacement for a permanent staff member and offers the opportunity to work within a facility recognized for its safety and quality care, including participation in national clinical trials and various centers of excellence.
