Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position located in Saco, Maine. This role involves evaluating assigned patients and developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans aligned with patient needs, goals, and physician directives. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School, 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience, CPR Certification, applicable state licensure in good standing, and the ability to develop and execute treatment plans based on comprehensive patient evaluations.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with diverse outpatient populations, participation in professional development activities, and familiarity with relevant state practice acts and regulatory guidelines.
• Additional Information: Completes medical record documentation clearly and promptly, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards. Participates in student programs, fostering a positive learning environment. Maintains professional licensure and pursues ongoing development. Demonstrates understanding of performance improvement processes and actively contributes to quality enhancement initiatives.
