Description
Job Summary:
MRI Technologist position available in a healthcare facility located in Medford, Oregon. This role involves performing Magnetic Resonance Imaging procedures within a fast-paced acute care setting. The assignment is scheduled to begin on July 20, 2026, with a preference for candidates able to work night shifts during the specified hours.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 3rd Shift Nights, Sunday to Wednesday, 5:30 PM to 6:00 AM; minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Related Bachelor's or Associate's degree. Current licensure from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT). MRI licensure by the Oregon Board of Imaging (OBMI). BLS certification from the American Heart Association. One year experience in clinical diagnostic hospital-setting preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with neuro with perfusion, MSK, abdomen work, critical care patients, pediatric including NICU, and general anesthesia patients. Familiarity with EPIC, PACS, SIEMENS SKYRA 3.0T, SIEMENS ALTEA 1.5T, Mobile MRI Siemens Aera 1.5T.
- Additional Information: There will be an orientation period between 2-4 weeks on the day shift, with possible back-up call until the employee is comfortable working the night shift. Call may be assigned based on staffing needs. No floating to other units/departments is required. The unit comprises 2 rooms and maintains a nurse-to-patient ratio of N/A. Dress code necessitates neat, professional medical scrubs.
- Licensure: Willing to wait for license submission.
- Shift Requirements: 3rd shift nights, Sunday to Wednesday (5:30 PM 6:00 AM). There will be an aide working with this individual for all hours. Call may be assigned depending on staffing and department needs, not regularly scheduled.
