Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Inpatient in Honolulu, Hawaii. This inpatient position involves providing physical therapy services to patients in an acute care setting. The role requires hands-on patient care and adherence to facility protocols to support patient recovery and mobility.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program, Masters degree required; Doctorate (DPT) preferred. Current Hawaii state license as a Physical Therapist required. Current BLS/HCP certification required. All licenses and certifications must be valid at the time of application submission through the duration of the initial contract.
• Experience: Two (2) or more years of full-time staff experience as a Physical Therapist in an inpatient/acute care setting prior to any travel assignments required. Student clinical experiences, externships/internships do not count toward the experience requirement. Experience in large medical centers (500+ beds, Level 1 Trauma Center) highly preferred.
• Additional Information: Compliance must be completed no later than 10 days prior to the contract start date; failure to submit on time will result in a delayed or canceled assignment. A current NURSYS report must be included with all submissions. If a registered nurse (RN) is not needed on the unit, the employee will be assigned to be a nursing assistant or a safety sitter, and it is expected that they fill that role.
