Job Summary
Electrophysiology (EP) Technologist in Orange Park, Florida. This position involves supporting the electrophysiology laboratory in a busy hospital environment, including scrub duties for ablations and device implants, monitoring and pacing ablation cases, and assisting with procedures such as RF and Cryo ablations, device implants, Watchman, and Micra. The role offers an engaging work environment with newer equipment and a supportive team dedicated to high-quality cardiovascular care.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certification as RCIS or RCES or RT(R) and eligibility to sit for RCIS, with 1 or more years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Advanced skills in scrubbing for ablations and device implants; ability to monitor and pace ablation cases.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be prepared to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital staff. Support in prep/recovery areas may be required. EMR system used is Meditech. The department features newer procedure rooms and technology, with an engaged physician champion and staff dedicated to providing outstanding patient care.
