Job Summary
Radiation Therapist in WATERTOWN, New York. This position involves delivering radiation therapy within an oncology department. The role requires working in a facility that uses varian truebeam and IX and Aria software, with a focus on providing expert patient care. The position is a 13-week assignment with day shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Job Details
- Schedule: Day Shift (8:00 am - 4:30 pm), 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: NY license in hand, one year of radiation experience, graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology, registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, knowledge of general anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology, maintaining all state and federal licenses and registries.
- Preferred Qualifications: Specific experience and training in Radiology.
