Description

Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position located in Bloomington, Indiana. This role involves providing outpatient physical therapy services with a focus on patient rehabilitation and recovery. The position requires collaboration with the healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans aligned with facility standards.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid active license; minimum 1 year of experience in outpatient physical therapy; location in Bloomington, Indiana.
  • Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
  • Additional Information: For this contract, credentialing and document completion with ATI outside of the AMN Healthcare clearance packet are required before the assignment can commence. Candidates with prior perm/PRN work at ATI within the past year are ineligible for rehire until after a separation period of one year. Previous traveler work at ATI more than a year prior is acceptable; verification of eligibility should be confirmed. Parking will be provided during the first day of orientation, and dress code details will be shared at that time.
