Description

Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RRT) position in Burlington, Vermont. This assignment is scheduled to start on 08/24/2026 and is expected to last between 13 to 16 weeks. The role involves providing inpatient respiratory therapy services across NICU, PICU, adult ICU, and general pediatric and adult units, with schedule flexibility required for night shifts.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Nights, 12 hours shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) CRT will not be accepted. A minimum of 1 year of experience is required. Prior travel experience is preferred. Teaching hospital experience is essential. All employment history must document the various specialties worked, including bed count, EMR experience within the past 2 years, facility type, and other relevant details.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Epic in the past 2 years is mandatory.
  • Additional Information:
    • IVS to OFFER
    • Schedule is Monday to Sunday with no block schedules.
    • Bi-weekly orientations scheduled on Mondays.
    • All employment gaps exceeding 90 days must be explained.
    • Full employment history must be provided to ensure complete submission.
    • This facility does not have access to public transportation; reliable personal or rental transportation is strongly recommended.
