Job Summary:
The region offers opportunities for Ultrasonographer Echocardiography specialists to join a dedicated healthcare team. This position involves performing and assisting with cardiovascular procedures, including stress echocardiography, transesophageal echocardiography, and 2-D echo with M-mode, spectral, and color flow Doppler. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality patient care within a supportive and professional environment.

Job Details:

• Location: Lancaster, Ohio
• Schedule: Days shift, totaling 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI), ARDMS registered cardiac sonographer or eligible, CPR certification, and at least 0 years of experience as an echocardiography technician including experience with 2-D echo with M-mode, spectral, and color flow Doppler, transesophageal echocardiography, and stress echocardiography
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience performing cardiovascular diagnostic tests such as EKGs, Event Monitor applications, Cardiac Monitor applications, Pulmonary Function Tests, Lower Extremity Doppler Studies, and Stress Testing
• Additional Information: The role requires performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures, recording data, maintaining equipment, and participating in quality improvement activities. The candidate must pass competencies including rhythm recognition, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities also include supervising students, precepting new employees, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
