Job Summary:

Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) in Roosevelt, Utah. This role involves working under the supervision of the Respiratory Medical Director and Department Manager to provide respiratory care services, including patient assessments, therapeutic interventions, and diagnostic evaluations. The position requires the ability to triage patients effectively in an emergency care setting, ensuring rapid and accurate treatment. The shift is rotating, with a minimum of 36 hours per week starting on September 14, 2026.

Job Details:

• Location: Roosevelt, Utah
• Schedule: Rotating shift, 12 hours shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current Utah State Respiratory Therapist Licensure, graduate of an AMA-approved School of Respiratory Therapy, BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification, valid (active) NBRC Credential in good standing. AARC/USRC Membership is preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Membership in professional respiratory therapy organizations
• Additional Information: The Respiratory Therapist is responsible for evaluating and managing patients with cardiopulmonary deficiencies, communicating with emergency department physicians about patient status, and providing education to patients, caregivers, and communities. Candidates should be adaptable to a fast-paced emergency care environment and capable of rapid triage.
