Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist Registered (RT PEDS) in Rochelle Park, New Jersey. This position involves providing comprehensive respiratory care to pediatric patients, operating ventilatory equipment, performing diagnostic tests, and collaborating with physicians to develop and implement treatment plans. The role requires delivering high-quality patient care in accordance with established policies and guidelines.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Respiratory Therapist (RT) certification, New Jersey State Licensure, and at least 0 years of experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with pediatric patients, familiarity with advanced respiratory procedures and equipment, and CPR or ACLS certification.
• Additional Information: The respiratory therapist will evaluate patients, administer treatments, operate ventilatory and diagnostic equipment, assist with procedures such as bronchoscopy and chest tube placement, and perform necessary documentation and patient education. The role also involves supporting laboratory testing policies and maintaining equipment.
