Description
Job Summary:
The MRI Technologist position is located in Gallatin, Tennessee. This role involves providing MRI imaging services in a healthcare facility with a Level III Trauma Center designation. The position requires working on a day shift basis with weekly guaranteed hours and a rotating Sunday call schedule.
Job Details:
- Shift: Days, 10 hours per shift, with a weekly guarantee of 40 hours; 30 hours during the week with 10 hours on the weekend.
- Required Qualifications: Certification and licensure as an MRI Technologist in Tennessee; ARRT (MR) certification; BLS certification; minimum of 1 year of radiology/MRI experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous MRI department experience.
- Schedule: Day shifts, 10 hours per shift, with weekly minimum of 40 hours; includes a Sunday rotation from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, approximately once per month.
- Additional Information: Orientation is held weekly on Mondays. Candidates must be located at least 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered. The position involves working with adult and some geriatric patient populations, utilizing GE Signa Voyager 1.5T MRI equipment.
