Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, start 2+ days per week at 7:00 AM and end 2+ days per week at 7:00 PM; clinic hours are Monday: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM, Tuesday: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM, Wednesday: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM, Thursday: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM, Friday: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications or licenses in Physical Therapy; at least 1 year of outpatient Physical Therapy experience; Arizona state licensure; no new graduates; Arizona residence or eligibility to work in the United States; at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Patient Caseload and Types: 11-13 patients daily, with visits lasting 60+ minutes and consistent overlap; caseload expects 55-65 visits weekly. Cases include orthopedic conditions such as Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tear, Post-Operative Back Pain, and other musculoskeletal and joint-related issues.
• Evaluation Times: 60 minutes for evaluations; 30 minutes for follow-ups.
• Additional Information: Support staff includes a full-time front office manager and multiple technicians. Floating to a nearby clinic may be required. Flexibility in full-time schedule is preferred for the right candidate. Attire is business casual, and clinicians utilize purpose-built AI technology to support documentation and clinical efficiency.
