Job Details:

• Schedule: Dayshift with 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid active license as a Physical Therapist (PT), with a minimum of 1 year of relevant outpatient experience. Education requirements and additional certifications are not specified.

• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The position requires the candidate to complete documentation directly with the healthcare provider outside of the organizations clearance process before being cleared for assignment. A compact license can be used to start, but permanent licensure must be obtained immediately. The position includes weekly billing, with a pay GWW (Gross Weekly Wage) confirmation, and an OT Bill at 1.5 times the regular rate. On-call duties are not required. Parking and dress code details will be provided during the first day. Parking will be provided on the first day.
