Job Summary:
The Allied Health Professional specializing in Maternal Fetal Medicine is sought for a facility-based role in Falls Church, Virginia. This position involves performing advanced obstetric sonography, including high-risk pregnancy assessments, fetal anomalies, and prenatal procedures. The role requires recent obstetric sonography experience with specific certifications and skills.

Job Details:

Shift Schedule: Days, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Two (2) years of experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine (OB/MFM), ARDMS (American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography) certification in Obstetrics, BLS (American Heart Association certified), and recent experience in fetal sonography within the last 2 years. Experience scanning nuchals and certification in NT (Nuchal Translucency) preferred but not required.
Preferred Qualifications: Certification in NT, familiarity with GE Viewpoint, and experience with high-risk pregnancy procedures such as amniocentesis or CVS.
Schedule: The assignment begins on 07/20/2026, with dayshift hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, adaptable for full-time hours.
Additional Information: The role includes outpatient and inpatient sonography with a patient load of approximately 10-14 per day. Machines used are GE E10 and Expert 22. Orientation lasts up to 5 days, scrubs are black. No weekend, holiday, or float responsibilities are required, and there are no on-call duties. Epic electronic medical record access is needed to perform responsibilities.
