Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Inpatient position located in Vinita, Oklahoma. This role involves providing clinical patient care through initiating and administering appropriate treatments, evaluating patients, and setting functional goals. The position emphasizes patient instruction, documentation, and collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure quality care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited school of Physical Therapy; Valid State of Oklahoma Licensure or Temporary Letter of Authorization to practice Physical Therapy; BLS certification; 0 to 6 months of related experience; Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from patients and families; Ability to read, analyze and interpret professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations; Ability to use computers, basic computer knowledge, as needed for data input and reporting; Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; Effective reasoning ability and ability to be adaptable.

• Additional Information: Provides documentation by maintaining appropriate treatment records and completing accurate daily patient charges. Attends departmental in-services and meetings, and provides instruction to patients, families, and other healthcare providers. Assists with training and support staff as appropriate. Works directly with patients and other healthcare professionals, with decision-making in non-routine procedures under changing conditions.
