Description
Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) position in Zanesville, Ohio. This role involves providing outpatient physical therapy services focused on orthopedics, general medical and surgical diagnoses, as well as neurological conditions. The position includes training and initial orientation at two clinic locations, with a variety of specialty services offered.
Job Details:
- Location: Zanesville, Ohio (2951 Maple Ave)
- Schedule: Days, 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Start Date: 07/27/2026
- Required Qualifications: Certification as a licensed Physical Therapist, Ohio state license, 0 years of experience, experience with outpatient physical therapy focusing on orthopedics, general medical/surgical, and neurological diagnoses, proficiency with the EPIC electronic medical record system
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in concussion management, vestibular, lymphedema, pelvic control therapy, dry needling
- Additional Information:
- The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours per 13-week contract.
- Hours may vary and are not limited to 12-hour shifts, as indicated in the facility time report.
- The agency's contract MUST mirror the confirmation page, including start and end dates, and requested time off must be disclosed at submission.
