Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist (Inpatient) in Indiana. This position involves providing inpatient therapy services at a facility dedicated to acute rehabilitation. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to support patients recovering from neurological injuries, amputations, spinal cord injuries, and orthopedic conditions, with an emphasis on teamwork and a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Shift: Dayshift, 8 hours shifts
• Schedule: Work hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Occupational Therapy, licensed in Indiana, graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program, and at least 2+ years of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Preferred Qualifications: Inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF) experience highly preferred. Experience with adult patients recovering from brain injury, stroke, spinal cord, amputations, cardiac, or orthopedic conditions.
• Float: Able to float to CRHN and CRHW as needed
• Additional Information: The position involves working with adult patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, emphasizing teamwork, and operating in a fast-paced environment with a short length of stay. The candidate should be comfortable managing a caseload of approximately 6-7 patients daily.
