Job Details:
- Position: Physical Therapist (PT) SNF

- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift Notes: Facility fixed notes specify PT coverage needed to start as soon as possible, with a 14-day cancel policy and a minimum of 36 hours per week. Candidate must be willing to float between departments as needed.
