Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. This full-time position involves evaluating patients and developing treatment plans to improve strength, range of motion, balance, safety, and function. The role is located at a premier healthcare facility and offers an opportunity to work in a community-oriented environment.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Working four 10-hour days per week, weekdays will vary, with no weekends.
  • Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in physical therapy, current Colorado PT licensure (DORA) or compact license for Colorado, at least two years of physical therapy experience; 3-5 years preferred, BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Prior outpatient experience is advantageous.
  • Additional Information: Traveler's permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility. Out-of-state agencies must register in the Colorado Client and Consumer Unit (CCU) system and specify their out-of-state status in multiple locations. Ensure the correct Social Security number and date of birth are entered in Medefis to avoid onboarding issues.
