A Physical Therapist specializing in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings is sought in Wichita, Kansas. This role involves providing rehabilitative services to patients in a healthcare facility, utilizing standard clinical practices and adhering to facility protocols. Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Completed degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, current licensure or certification in Kansas, and at least 0 years of experience in a SNF setting
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility is advantageous
- Additional Information: Responsibilities include evaluating patients' needs, developing treatment plans, and documenting progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards. The role requires following facility-specific operational procedures and clinical protocols, including adherence to the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, Cerner OneChart.
