Job Summary:
A Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings is sought for a position in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The role involves providing rehabilitative therapy services in a SNF environment, focusing on patient recovery and functional mobility. Job Details:

• Location: Cheyenne, WY
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT), graduation from an accredited physical therapy program, at least 2 years of experience working in a SNF or similar setting, proficiency with PointClickCare electronic medical records system, ability to work in the United States, and excellent communication skills
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Geriatric populations and interdisciplinary team collaboration
• Additional Information: The role involves direct patient care, development of treatment plans, and documentation in compliance with facility protocols and regulatory standards. Candidates should be adaptable and dedicated to quality patient outcomes.
