Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week scheduled from 08/03/2026
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in physical therapy, valid state license, bachelor's or master's degree in physical therapy, location in Illinois, at least 1 year of experience preferred
• Preferred Qualifications: Specific outpatient therapy experience is desirable
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
