Description
Job Summary:
Vascular Sonographer position located in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role involves providing high-quality vascular ultrasound imaging for various types of procedures within a busy imaging unit. The position offers an opportunity to work with advanced equipment and a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Nights, 10 hours shift, minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: ARDMS or ARRT (S) certification; Basic Life Support certification; 1+ years of experience in General, OB, and Vascular ultrasound
- Preferred Qualifications: Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT); ARDMS (Abdominal, OB, Vascular) certification
- Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: The ultrasound technologist is responsible for delivering effective and high-quality imaging for interpretation by licensed practitioners, ensuring patient care and adherence to professional standards. The role involves working with Philips Epiq5 ultrasound equipment and performing a variety of vascular and obstetric procedures, including Doppler, duplex scans, BPP, and fetal Doppler assessments.
