Job Details

• Certifications: BLS, valid California Physical Therapist license, current drivers license, and auto insurance are required.
• Education Requirements: California PT License.
• Years of Experience: 1 year minimum (0 years experience listed, but the position requires at least 1 year).
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: California Physical Therapist license, BLS certification, valid drivers license, auto insurance, EPIC and Oasis experience.
• Additional Information: Must be able to perform 5 visits/points per day within the territory including Sausalito, Tiburon, Belvedere, and Mill Valley. Demonstrates effective communication, clinical skills related to assessment, gait training, mobility, and patient education. Strong organizational and critical thinking abilities are essential.
