Job Summary:
Physical Therapy Outpatient (PT OP) professional position located in Walnut Creek, California. The role involves evaluating patients, developing and modifying treatment plans, and providing outpatient therapy services. The position supports a flexible schedule with a focus on outpatient experience and patient-centered care.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification; active and applicable license for California; successful completion of previous assignments (highly desired)
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with outpatient populations, strong clinical reasoning skills, and commitment to professional development
- Additional Information: Performs comprehensive patient evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and documents medical records accurately. Participates in student mentorship and actively pursues professional growth through continuing education. Adheres to state practice acts and maintains licensure in good standing. Demonstrates commitment to quality improvement and organizational safety initiatives, emphasizing patient and employee safety.
