Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist specializing in Home Health services in Millsboro, Delaware. This role involves providing patient-centered care within a home health setting, following a Monday through Friday schedule. The position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on delivering quality outpatient therapy services.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the possibility of working one weekend per month if needed.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; valid license to practice in the state of Delaware; minimum of 2 years of clinical experience; current BLS (American Heart Association) certification.
• Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree or doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Additional Information: The assignment involves home care home base experience. Mileage is reimbursed at 0.72 cents per mile and is billable from the first stop to the last stop. The client reserves the right to call off a professional up to 36 hours during the 13-week assignment with no penalty or shift payment required. The charting system used is EPIC.
