Job Summary:
Radiologic Technologist specializing in X-ray procedures is sought for a position in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. This role involves performing a variety of technical radiology procedures with a focus on independent judgment and clinical expertise. The successful candidate will ensure proper patient care in accordance with departmental policies and maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Evening shifts, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Two years of experience, with at least one year of current experience; ARRT (R) certification; Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist License or proof of application; BLS (AHA or ARC); valid drivers license and own vehicle; work history and skills checklist current to one year; supervised signed reference from within past two years.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Meditech Expanse highly preferred.
• Additional Information: Proper care of patients is essential, along with adherence to infection control and body substance isolation practices. The role may require participation in holiday or on-call coverage as needed. All scheduling requests, including requested time off, must be submitted at the time of application. No more than five days of requested time off will be accepted. Travelers must include their perm address in their profile, and requests for schedule adjustments after offer may be rescinded. Travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered.
