A Physical Therapist Outpatient position is available in Blaine, Minnesota. Job Details:

• Location: Blaine, Minnesota
• Start Date: 07/27/2026
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification; active applicable state license; successful completion of previous assignments is highly desired
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with outpatient therapy and familiarity with organizational policies and procedures
• Behavior Characteristics: Demonstrates professional conduct, adherence to safety standards, and a commitment to organizational core values. Maintains professional licensure and complies with state practice acts and continuing education requirements.
