Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient (OP) position located in Commerce City, Colorado. This outpatient role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and guiding therapy services to support patient recovery and functional improvement. The position emphasizes professional development and adherence to safety and ethical standards.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR Certification; active applicable license for the State of Colorado; no prior assignment with the agency or facility required but highly desired; 6-month duration desired.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior successful assignment with the staffing agency or organization is highly desirable.
• Additional Information: Performs comprehensive evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans focused on patient discharge, completes accurate medical record documentation, and ensures care adheres to physician orders and insurance approvals. Participates in student clinical programs, maintains professional licensure, and engages in ongoing professional development. Follows all safety and clinical guidelines, including patient handling, infectious disease control, and slips/trips prevention. Demonstrates commitment to organizational quality improvement initiatives.
