Job Summary:
Physical Therapist Outpatient position located in Denver, Colorado. The role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing therapy services to facilitate patient recovery and functional improvement. The therapist will also serve as an educator for patients, families, and colleagues while adhering to safety and organizational standards.

Job Details:

• Position: Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP)
• Location: Denver, Colorado
• Shift Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
• Start Date: 08/24/2026
• Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience; CPR certification
• Preferred Qualifications: 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience
• Additional Information:
  • Completes comprehensive evaluations and develops treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
  • Documents clinical notes accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with all applicable guidelines.
  • Participates in student supervision and educational activities.
  • Maintains licensure and completes continuing education requirements.
  • Follows clinical and safety policies, promoting a safe environment for patients and staff.
