Job Summary:
Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonographer position in Bismarck, North Dakota. The role involves performing high-quality fetal and obstetric ultrasounds utilizing multi-modality experience, including vascular, OB/Gyn, small parts, abdomen, and pediatric procedures. The position requires patient-oriented clinicians with a minimum of two years of experience in a hospital or similar healthcare setting.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Shifts are scheduled during daytime hours, typically from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2+ years of ultrasound experience, certification as an American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) in Abdomen, OB/GYN, or Vascular, and North Dakota state licensure are required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with EPIC/Radiant charting systems and McKesson PACS is preferred.
- Additional Information: The department utilizes GE Logiq E9 and GE P6 ultrasound machines. All clinicians must badge in and out of the facility daily. The unit comprises 6 exam rooms, and orientation includes EPIC/Radiant training conducted by a super trainer, with a designated preceptor. The work setting is acute care, with no weekend or holiday shifts required. Clinicians will work alone, with potential call responsibilities during weekdays, evenings, or weekends, as needed.
- Submission Requirements: Licensure to submit required, and candidates must have the ability to work independently with appropriate certifications.
