Description
Job Summary:
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Technologist and Registered Nurse positions are available in Nashville, Tennessee. These roles involve supporting a comprehensive cardiac program known for advanced procedures such as diagnostic studies, PCI, TAVR, and electrophysiology services. Candidates will join a dedicated team utilizing state-of-the-art equipment in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts, beginning at 6:30 a.m., with a minimum of 40 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid RN license or appropriate technologist certification (RCIS, RCES, or RT(R)), BLS, ACLS, at least 2 years of experience in cath lab or electrophysiology procedures, and ability to perform diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with advanced cardiac procedures, familiarity with GE and Philips x-ray systems, Volcano IVUS/FFR equipment, and procedures such as laser atherectomies, ECMO, TAVR, and complex PCI.
- Additional Information: The role involves working with highly specialized equipment including Merge Hemo and Meditech documentation systems. Candidates should demonstrate strong clinical skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies. The unit maintains high standards, with a focus on patient safety and team collaboration.
