Job Summary:
The location is in Washington. This position is for an MRI Technologist at a short-term acute care facility that serves as a Level III Trauma Center. The role involves floating between units, with shared on-call responsibilities during the evenings and potential rotating weekend coverage. The position requires adherence to facility fixed notes and specific licensing and certification criteria.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid Washington State Department of Health MRI certification, national registry in MRI, valid Washington or Compact Registered Nurse license (required at time of submission), and valid Allied license (if applicable).
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with the Epic charting system, community hospital background, and previous work within a Level I or Level II trauma environment.
- Additional Information: Must include response to candidates prior experience at Providence or similar facilities, references covering 1 year (6 months for CNAs) within the last 3 years, and readiness for floating within the facility. The detailed submittal process emphasizes compliance documentation, scheduling requests, and licensing verification. Candidates should not reach out directly to facility contacts unless explicitly instructed and must be prepared to complete non-billable modules averaging 16 hours.
