Job Summary:
Electrophysiology Technician in Tacoma, Washington. This position involves supporting advanced electrophysiology procedures across multiple suites in a combined unit. The role emphasizes teamwork, assisting with daily operations, and maintaining high standards of patient care within a fast-paced EP lab environment.
Job Details:
- Shift: Days (6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) with no call requirements
- Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years experience; certifications including BLS, RCES, RCIS; COVID-19 vaccine required; proficiency with EPIC electronic charting system.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with sedation and Phase 1 recovery, ICU or PACU experience, EPIC system familiarity.
- Additional Information: The role involves working in a state-of-the-art EP lab with three suites, handling complex cases such as ablations, atrial fibrillation, and flutter procedures. The team-based approach discourages scrubbing in but emphasizes collaboration. The facility provides EPIC-based documentation and a variety of advanced electrophysiology equipment.
