Job Summary:
Radiologic Technologist specializing in X-ray (Xray Technologist) opportunities available in Garden City, Kansas. This position involves performing general radiography procedures, including outpatient, Emergency Room (ER), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and inpatient X-rays, often during evening hours. The role requires the ability to work independently, assist with occasional surgeries, and support patient transfers, with a focus on quality imaging and patient care.

Job Details:

• Location: Garden City, Kansas
• Shift: Rotating; 7.5 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with rotating Sunday call shifts
• Schedule: 7.5-hour shifts, minimum of 37.5 hours per week
• Start Date: 08/03/2026
• Required Qualifications: Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (Registered), BLS (AHA) certification, Kansas state licensure, minimum one year of clinical experience, valid drivers license
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CT technology, OR exposure, and independent working capacity
• Shift Notes: 5x8 days, Monday to Friday, with rotating Sunday call
• Certifications: BLS (AHA), Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT (R)
• Additional Information: The department operates 2 X-ray rooms, 2 portable units, and 3 C-arm machines. Technologists may need to cover outpatient, ER, ICU, inpatient wards, OR, and fluoroscopy areas. The EMR system used is EPIC, and PACS is Synapse Fuji. The radiology team does not employ Registered Radiology Assistants. The hospital provides or coordination is in place for orientation, and shifts can be flexible with requests for time off.
