Job Summary
Electrophysiology (EP) Tech in Grand Forks, North Dakota. This position involves preparing the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory for electrophysiology procedures, performing invasive and non-invasive testing, and assisting physicians during complex cardiac interventions. The role requires a certified EP Technologist with experience in hemodynamic assessment, radiation safety, and patient transport.

Job Details

  • Schedule: 10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, with some open-ended late shifts. No call, weekends, or holidays.
  • Required Qualifications: Certification as Registered Cardiovascular Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS); BLS and ACLS certifications; at least 2 years of relevant experience; ability to obtain a state medical imaging license from the North Dakota Imaging and Radiation Therapy Board within 12 months of start date; in addition, candidates must meet the licensing requirements of the North Dakota Imaging and Radiation Therapy Board.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with Cardiac Cath Lab procedures and invasive test analysis.
  • Additional Information: Candidate will be responsible for preparing the cardiac catheterization laboratory, performing stress tests, practicing radiation safety, and ensuring sterile technique. They will also complete patient catheterization reports and monitor patient responses during procedures. Must be able to obtain all required licenses within specified timeframes.
